Home Decorating

I've been doing what I can while off track to get my house in order. I love having some more decorations in my house, its feeling more like a home.

Finally got some curtain rods to hold up our bedroom curtains rather than push pins. Now if I could just find something nice to tie them back or at least hold them back.

Finally got some of our beautiful wedding pictures hung in the hallway. I love the way it looks!

Our desk area is finally getting organized and functional. Got some drawer organizers that work and look great. Waiting to find a few things to hang on the side walls but haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I did find this chair at DI and am trying to decide what color to paint it. I'm hoping for something fun so if you have any suggestions I'm up for any :)

The waiting game...

So here I am 6 days away from my due date and feeling ridiculously huge. Although I don't expect I will go into labor before my due date, I can't help but be hyper aware every time I get a little contraction and think, could this be the beginning? Haha. But I'm trying to keep myself busy and I really wanted to finish my carseat cover before Lyla got here, and I did just that yesterday! I love the cute printed fabrics and now I have officially gotten everything done I wanted to before she got here. That means she needs to come soon haha (but not before mom gets here I guess :)).
